Ivan doesn’t have a system of military satellites. You can only do so much on a defense budget of $60b. The Russians rely on commercial satellites (which might not be targeted, as precise, or available in real time), the western press, and spies (often commie moles within our system). On the other hand, we have satellite imagery enough to cover the world, often supplemented by airborne radar. We call it the “God’s eye view” of the battle area. Intelligence (”I”) is an important element of the “DIME” (Diplomacy, Intelligence, Military and Economic).

Mostly true, although two Russian satellites crisscross CONUS every 90 mins. to verify START and SALT treaties.

I said, “ not just from space.” in my post. Many other ways to track 100 tanks.
