If Roe v Wade is overturned abortions will still be legal in states that allow it.
Abortion should never have been protected by the constitution. It is a matter the states (meaning the citizens of those states to decide).
ALL the Dems are using this, from Pelosi/Schumer who have already issued a press release to Amy Klobuchar who was on TV this morning and you can bet the farm most of them will now be “activated” to get out there and drum up protests and scare women to vote in November.
And nobody in the media will care this was an unprecedented leak and push for an investigation.

The easiest argument against pro-choice rights for women is the fact that a Supreme Court Justice whose about to be seated can’t define what a women is.
How can you have women’s rights when a woman can’t be defined.. at least by the left.

Like I said earlier, this was all planned out. They pre-positioned the female protesters outside the SC, and then announced it and panned to the protesters. And yes it’s all about the midterms.
The woman chose when she spread her legs. Or. when she did not choose birth control. Anything else, should be up to the Justice system, including castration.

My cynical mind wonders whether our overlords nudged the court in this direction to help out the Dems in November, with them deciding Biden could use the distraction sooner rather than later.

The Dems were all ready to pounce on this at a moment’s notice. Instant protests with pre printed signs. Lefty pols with prepared statements. This was a highly coordinated and orchestrated effort.
What’s the big deal about the Supreme Court? Seems the newsmedia is making a big deal over nothing. The Justices are adult decision makers and this Roe vs. Wade leak is a news maker for the media. The Justices will do their job regardless and it will be legally correct.
So the Dems are going to fabricate more votes, eh? Typical.
If Roe goes down it means EACH STATE MAKES THEIR OWN CALL ON ABORTION.
Eric Swalwell is - as usual -lying about it. There is ZERO chance a state like California will outlaw abortion. Since each state will make their own call there’s a good chance California will expand abortion rights to include killing a child up to a week old.
