To whom did Hellman report his conclusions? Walk this through the FBI chain so we can see who all knew that the anti-Trump tricks were bogus.
B) Defense counsel can argue anything they want, but the testimony as presented in the article shows that Sussman well knew the material he was bringing the FBI was bogus. He knew who constructed it. So when he told James Baker he was bringing the FBI valuable info as a good deed, he was lying — he knew it was worthless. He’s guilty.
