The way to fight them is to sue. Remember in the last debate Trump had with Hillary in 2016, Trump brought up Bill Clintons rape? Well a week later 25 women came forward accusing Trump of sexual assault. That was Hillary getting her revenge, she hired all these women to accuse him. So how did Trump handle it? He threatened to sue the women and like magic they all disappeared.
