Well SpaceX is a very high tech , STEM company. There were always going to be far more men than women.
And Gwynn Shotwell herself is a very hot woman, and she's worked closely with Musk for 20 years with zero sexual assaults and she essentially runs SpaceX.
The company can't be rife with sexism when its essentially run by a woman.
