Basically confirmation they won’t give Elon the tech to go to the moon, much less Mars. He’s on to new grifts now anyway.

I think you've got the flow going in the wrong direction.
Elon could launch to Mars pretty much anytime he wants.

SpaceX has accomplished more in a few years than NASA, Boeing, Lockheed and the others have in a few decades

I don’t follow all this tech industry stuff too deeply.

Could you explain who *they* are who posses what tech they are withholding specifically from Musk? And what grifts is Musk involved in?

Yesterday I read that Musk is a top Pentagon contractor.

It gets confusing.
