I believe the game now is to provoke Putin into launching a nuke, hopefully a small one and hopefully against the United States. This will give them the no holds barred emergency they need to put the Constitution into the shredder once and for all. I hope I am wrong, but they just keep poking.

I was thinking a few more than one; 1 20 megaton (maybe 3 or 4) for DC while Congress, the Senate, and everybody in the Executive are in residence.
1 50 Kiloton (perhaps 4 in the same range) for Langley Virginia, wouldn’t want the CIA to miss any of the fun.
At least 2 10 megaton for New York City.
At least one, probably 3 in the 20 megaton range (just to be sure) for the NSA data center in Utah.
I am sure I could find and list a lot more targets that would basically leave most of the people and USA alone, but just target the government cockroaches and welfare leaches just to break even.
