It was ctrl-b when playing Leisure Suit Larry. When you hit it, a confusing spreadsheet popped up.
On many computer games, There is a 'boss key' that will quickly change the display to, say, an Excel spreadsheet. It hides the game you are playing at work. I believe I saw one on the March Madness app. The boss key is much quicker than closing your game and bringing up a new app.
