You bring up a good point. I wonder how litigious activism fairs during a recession or depression. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to make sure that the lawyers are taken care of.

I would be surprised if he doesn’t get sued. They’ll claim their sexual orientation was the reason, hence discrimination.
...and it’ll all be funded, pushed, and supported by the DNC and their media pals.
