Too long of an article. The correct answer is that there is no constitutional right to an abortion. By default, it goes to the 10th amendment which is left up to the states to decide.

It is irrelevant on how we feel about this issue.

The Constitution limits government, not man. The issue of abortion is the protection of life.

Man was already born with rights from God, those rights are not limited or needed to be written down on paper. You were born with the right to hunt, make alcohol, drink alcohol, fish, feed your family, movement, etc. Things like that aren't needed to be written down on paper.
