DEVELOPING: Sources say the FBI agents and officials who were involved in the raid on former President Trump's home work in the same Counterintelligence Division of the FBI that investigated Trump in the Russiagate hoax and are actively under criminal investigation by Special Counsel John Durham for potentially abusing their power investigating Trump in the Russian fraud and therefore have a potential conflict of interest and should have been RECUSED from participating in this supposed "espionage" investigation at Mar-a-Lago.
I agree. Look at this time line:
1) On Mar 24, 2022 Trump filed a RICO lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, DNC where many many of the players we’ve heard of over last 6 years were namned.
2) April 6, the original judge recused himself and was replaced by Judge Reinhardt.
3a) On June 22 DOJ/FBI reviewed the documents at Mar-A-Lago
3b) On June 22 Judge Reinhardt recused himself
4) On August 4 Trump submitted a motion to deny the request to dismiss the case.
5) On August 5 magistrate Reinhart signed the order for the FBI raid.
6) The raid took place the August 8.
Would not doubt this for a NY minute. Same jerks.
I want to see pictures of how they trashed the place. If they deliberately did that the story is probably true. No respect only hatred.

There have been several motions to dismiss. I think the latest was July 14. But your legalese is probably much better than mine so look for yourself:
John Durham is doing what the Deep State wants him to do... keep a phony “investigation” alive to cover any document they don’t want to be made public.

Oh, well now I feel better. Sloth Durham, who in over two years has brought two cases, one a low-level lawyer who got a mild slap on the wrist and the other an acquittal.
Yeah, Sloth Durham is on it. Trump is safe.
I doubt anyone on either side is concerned with finding incriminating documents - or preventing them from being found. Similarly, I doubt professed concerns of who may or may not improperly have copies of top secret classified documents are genuine.
Maybe fifty years ago, when paper records were a thing - but not now when information is literally stored in the clouds. If anyone has a copy of anything, it is obviously not a very well kept secret.
This raid was not about who has what information - this was a TV production, produced and acted out before the cameras, in order to cast President Trump as the villain.
If they can perp walk him in cuffs and leg irons, put him in an orange jump suit for ten minutes, and get it all on camera, they will - and they do not care one whit if the charges stick. It’s all a show for the American people on the dumb side of the bell curve.
Unfortunately, no matter how many times the phrase “innocent until proven guilty” is repeated, there are many people who believe in guilt by accusation.
They figure “The FBI would not be raiding him if he was innocent.. let’s let them do their jobs. Let’s wait for this process to play out before we doubt the FBI.”
In other words, “guilty until proven innocent”.
And as ignorant as that is, many FReepers have been dumb enough to take that position over the last several days.
