The powers that be may not like that, but it’s the overriding
principle in this nation.
I’m not familiar enough with the Berlusconi situation. If
he truly was a crook, then I’m not too fond of that. If he
was a guy like Trump trying to do the wrong thing, and
hated for it, then I’m in his camp.
His voters wishes should be honored.
Trump’s supporters have a right to see how things are going
and support a return to Constitutionality.
If the Left thinks they should block that, they are very
wrong.
At some point the SCOTUS may have to come down hard on the
Left, and it may require the national guards and some very
unpleasant actions.
That’s what they are pushing for.
I think the SCOTUS sees this as a political fight between the left and the right so they'll stay out of it. If they are too aggressive, it will give Joe Biden the excuse they need to pack the court.
