The feds seem to really care about preventing the sale of raw milk. Is this because raw milk is very healthy for people and they want to keep Americans listless and unhealthy? Or is it because the hazards of drinking raw milk far outweigh any benefits even if the distribution is severely restricted to just a few folks who sign up for deliveries?
Our trust in government is so low that we will probably never know for sure.
If you are selling raw, un-Pasteurized milk, you might as well put a sign on your back saying “Sue me!” I only resent the IRS getting involved.
