I buy my beef and pork whole carcass and processed by a local butcher and have for 30 years.
I raised 4 kids through 4-H animal projects and they worked summers for a sheep farmer whose products I took to local farmers markets for decades and her lambs to slaughter. (I also spin wool into yarn).
I am very familiar with farm to table inspections from county/state/federal levels. The USDA is run by DC fools who do not know their ass from a hole in the ground.
Getting rid of them would make meat prices plummet, which is not what the globalist warmers want. We will eat bugs and be grateful if they get their way.

If you think the inspection laws were put in the 30’s is because globalists want us to eat bugs then you have a screw loose.
The best parts of my childhood were during the 4H fairs and raising animal projects. God knows what woke garbage 4H is dishing out to kids these days.
