Trademarks are probably THE most important issue when starting a new business. Fonts, colors, graphics are all part of a trademark. One idiot company in Silicon Valley called themselves "Jedi " way after Star Wars came out. The reason this is important is all the company documents are stamped with the trademarked logo. You change the logo, it will cost you millions to regenerate all the paperwork.
