I now hear the causeway broke in at least three different places. Sanibel is such a charming, sweet lovely place. God help us.

My husband sent me the photo of the causeway, I’m at a loss for words. Our house was 2 miles from the causeway off of San Carlos, near the walmart. We had started looking for a mobile home to use on vacations. I love the area, and the old beach town vibe. Told our kids when we kick the bucket our ashes go near Lover’s Key. it feels like I lost my best friend this morning. Everyone down there is in my prayers.
