I like the way he calls their bluff. Not sure if this is smart but Trump can go toe to toe with anyone.

In a “trial” setting where the witness give sworn testimony, that would generate legal evidence. Example: Q, “what did you do to cause January 6th?” A, “apparently becoming President even after all the conspiracy by Hillary Clinton to make sure I lost. Then the Hillary Clinton impeachment conspiracy with Ukraine” Q, “excuse me, do you have an written evidence to back up your statement?”. A, “you know full well that the DOJ and FBI conspired with Hillary Clinton to illegally steal documents proving the first conspiracy.”.

And that’s why he will not be testifying live on national TV..........
