GOP starts boosting Walker in runoff amid calls to keep Trump away from Georgia

The head of the Senate Republican campaign committee pledged Wednesday to raise whatever money he can and begin an advertising blitz this week for Herschel Walker’s runoff in Georgia against Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock.

But there’s one aspect Sen. Rick Scott of Florida won’t weigh in on: whether former President Donald Trump should stay out of the runoff in December.

GOP insiders faulted Trump, who has had a toxic relationship with popular Republican Gov. Brian Kemp even though he endorsed him the day before his re-election, for costing the party control of the Senate in two simultaneous runoffs last year, after Trump lost his re-election bid to President Joe Biden and then advanced false conspiracy theories about voting that led many Republican voters in Georgia to stay home.

Warnock won his race against Republican Sen. Kelly Loeffler, and Sen. Jon Ossoff defeated GOP incumbent David Perdue, swinging control of the narrowly divided chamber.

Because Kemp was a playa in the styupid ass scheme to lose the Presidency but keep the senate. It was the old exploding cigar trick and he fell for it.

Remember how the GOPe thought WALKER was tarnished goods in the primary?

TRUMP’s endorsement got WALKER to where he is politically. Let TRUMP rally the troops to get him to rise above the cheating that goes on in Georgia.

Georgia is trying to be a national drain on MAGA.

Now, we are supposed to believe that two cheated elections are better than one?

Atlanta vies with Philadelphia for national retard.

The GOP did not help Herschel Walker because they thought he was a bad candidate and sent the money to Murkowski of Alaska. Now they are afraid that Trump will get credit for Walker’s win. Trump is going to do what Trump is going to do, regardless of of the DC Republian establishment.

Hmmm..the US was 100 times better under Trump.
The left/RINOs had to make stuff up about Trump to get him out of their way.
They may have succeeded in making others see him a pariah?

Yea, they are going to try and tank Walker so hard. Trump should definitely go. Screw the Georgia Repukes. If Walker turns on Trump there will be no MAGA turnout. In return you would get the Kemp crew and that’s who he would work for

Common thread is Mitch (who is in charge of all things GOP-don’t let his passive aggression fool you) 1. always wants to keep the senate in minority and 2. Hates MAGA and will destroy while 1. Keeping Tge senate in the minority.

First I’ve heard of this. Trump jumped on the Kemp train the day before the election? Is he now counting Kemp in his 200 victories? From what I recall, Kemp deserved Trump’s ire at the time, for several reasons, so what changed?

EFF theRINO establishment.

Trump absolutely needs to go to Georgia and campaign hard for Walker. Contrary to the RINO propaganda, a big part of the reason why Republicans did not win bigger is that a lot of Trump’s working class supporters did not come out to vote in large numbers. If Trump can get them to show up, Walker will win in a romp.

In all things, do the exact opposite of what the RINO Establishment advocates. These people are not only spineless assistant Democrats, they are also utterly utterly incompetent.

I believe Walker wants Trump to rally in GA. They’re best buds and Walker will not abandon Trump and in fact will embrace his rallies and help.
