The universities have larded up their administrative staffs with the gobs of money our government gives financially illiterate 18 year olds. The University of California has 4 times as many administrators per student as they had in the 60s and 70s. Think Chief Inclusion Officer.

Ohio State had a multi-million dollar budget diversity department led by a Dean several years ago. I am certain they are far from alone.
