The best thing about this is that Saturday Night Live, back when it was still actually funny, did a series of "Black Jeopardy" skits involving a white liberal participating in jeopardy with black co-contestants, and having absolutely no idea about any of the topics. It mocked them for being so out of touch with the people they purportedly sided with.

The real punchline came in a later episode where Tom Hanks appeared as a Trump supporting Republican. Turned out that working class Tom Hanks had more in common with the working class black people on the show, and did really well in the competition.

Google "Tom Hanks Black Jeopardy" if you want a really good laugh.
