Suspect was a male, according to eye witnesses, but no height, weight , age, color, type of clothing, or any other easily observed characteristics by eye witnesses.

Nobody really seems to care about the docs anyway despite the fact that this is a serious national security issue. Just saying.

Back in the day, before cell phones, or even digital cameras became common, my brother was eating at a Chinese restaurant in Flushing, New York (the Asian part of Queens, Archie Bunker moved out) when there was a Chinese gang shooting, that left the victim dead. Being an enterprising type, he went to trunk of his car, got out his film camera and started taking pictures of the aftermath, which he sold to the New York Daily News, New York's picture newspaper.
