I can't find a link, but the last long interview I saw with Harmeet was prior to the election, and she talked about how extensively she had worked with Rona in Arizona... that they weren't relying on volunteers to monitor elections, but had highly compensated lawyers, to replicate what the Dems had been so successful at.
Then the election and ... Arizona! ... and next thing is the twoof them are at war.

One of our Local talk show people is from Charleston, before he moved to my area. He says Mace is a snake, a Democrat who pretends to be a Republican. She is not in favor of kicking Ilan Omar off the Foreign Affairs Committee, for example. She also has Trump Derangement Syndrome.
1. My stand on the Uks. v. Ruskies has always been - May they kill each other. Both are corrupt oligarchies.
2. Your point about a WWI style trench warfare may turn out to be correct - BUT
3. The Ruskies have only recently started bombing / destroying civilian ingrastructure, and this is in response to the WEST providing military support to the corrupt Uks, who may still be paying off the Biden mafia organization
4. The Ruskies inability to take Kiev in early 2022 - Tell me the name of any General (U.S. or other) who is not full of himself and does stupid things first - and only once the FOG of war sets in do they start to make sense of what is doable and what needs doing IF the objective is victory.
The WEST providing military aid to the Uks. gives the Ruskies and the Chinks opportunity to see how well the "latest" West military gear performs. The Ruskies and the Chinks can now develop countermeasures. Keep in mind that the Israelis and the Indians are watching this very carefully as it inpects Israel v. Iran and India v. China
Lastly the Uniparty (Linda G. from S.C representing the R side and representing the D side are the Propaganda organs) is not yet ready to give up on the Uks. - Too much $$$ on the table and limited info. keeps the U.S population un-informed / mis-informed - still operating on 80 / 20 rule

1. Scope (Defined objectives)
2. Planning - Equipment, Site, Supplies, people
3. Project starts and then the Poop hits the Fan
4. Equipment does not arrive on time or needs fixing (Tanks get destroyed, Missiles are used up, running short on Ammo)
5. And now comes the NEW Plan to meet the customer's time line / prioritie

Otherwise stay home and spare lives! You need to have a plan, and then war game the HELL out of it. I have been on the battle staff numerous times. I’ve seen superior planning in action. Now, as Mike Tyson says, “Everyone has a plan until they are punched in the mouth.” and he is right. But you have a plan for the plan when the plan doesn’t work. And a backup to that. And you let you best and brightest war play as the enemy. If you’re going to be punched in the mouth, hope some friendlies do it before it actually matters.

On your last two points: The first, yes, the enemy is always evaluating combat effectiveness of the latest technology. We do it, and are doing it, too. I’m worried about drones and the inability for anyone to hide. We need to invest in lasers and electronic signal jamming.
To the last point, I don’t disagree. But that applies to just about every issue today, foreign and domestic.
