I remember suspicions of the Ellmers/McCarthy “affair”. It looked real enough to keep him from leadership. Ellmers was attractive and attracted to power, seems to me.
I don’t see the same with MTG nor lend any credence to the Luntz suspicions. Luntz is landlord. Do they even share living quarters ? That’s pretty common in DC. Schumer lives with another legislator....Mark Warner, if memory serves.

Her appointment to the House Homeland Security and Oversight committees roiled leftists, who claimed she was unqualified for the plum posts.
According to the Times, McCarthy also “spent hours on the phone trying to cajole senior executives at Twitter to reactivate her personal account after she was banned last year for violating the platform’s coronavirus misinformation policy.”
So it is a positive for Both McCarthy and MTG
Well I do agree - WE do need to stop the RINOs in early voting - PRIMARIES is where the action is. All else becomes the Uniparty v. the rest of us
Problem is everyone hates Rona and individual donations will be in half at least. I told them to go pound sand last week.!! If RNC doesn't get corp. money they won't have any. The days of ignoring patriots in the Republican party are over they just don't know it yet.
A lot of this goes on at the state level as well. That's gonna take longer to fix. But, it will be fixed. We have our work to do here in Fla. as well.
McCarthy is a lot like Rona. We are stuck with his sorry ass and have to make the best of it.
What concerns me about the McCain, Graham, and Klobuchar trip to Ukraine on Dec 30-31, 2016 is the timing. President-elect Trump was waiting to take office in three weeks. What were these guys up to? Were they reassuring the corrupt Poroschenko that Trump's election would not change US policy, i.e., Congress would not permit it? And curiously. Biden visited Ukraine in January 2021 just before he left office. Was he working with Graham and McCain along with trying to keep Hunter's sinecure with Burisma?
All roads seem to lead back to Ukraine. What the Hell was going on there? Trump was impeached because of his telephone call to Zelensky, which was leaked by Ciaramella and Vindman. It is so important that we are willing to risk a nuclear war with Russia and throw tens of billions of dollars and weapons in an open-ended commitment to the territorial sovereignty of Ukraine, one of the most corrupt countries in the world. I have my suspicions.
