The Justice Department on Monday told House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan that it could not disclose information related to the special counsel investigation into President Biden’s improper retention of classified documents because doing so could jeopardize the probe. Jordan, R-Ohio, launched his first formal investigation as chair of the House Judiciary Committee into Biden’s "mishandling" of classified records and the DOJ’s investigation.

That is the tactic of the FBI and DOJ whenever they don’t want to release any information — open an investigation (fake a lot of times) and then say they can’t release any info on an ongoing investigation. That way, they can always avoid oversight by Congress or anyone else. That is exactly what the Durham appointment was all about. Barr didn’t really want to get to the truth and facts but to hide them, thus the special counsel. It also prevented Trump from getting information from the FBI and DOJ, both of which are corrupt as hell from top to bottom.
They’re not called “The Stupid Party”, for no reason.
