Just curious, what would defeat Russia? Social unrest or a coup? That seems unlikely.

Brain Drain is going to be a real thing in Russia.

When Russian find out they can walk across the Rio Grande and get good paying IT jobs, it will be like someone pulled the plug on a bathtub.
