The Justice Department has informed lawyers for at least one witness that it will not bring charges against Florida GOP Rep. Matt Gaetz after a years-long federal sex-trafficking investigation, according to a source familiar with the matter.
Senior officials reached out to lawyers for at least one witness on Wednesday, the source tells CNN, to inform them of the decision not to prosecute Gaetz.

Sounds like they had him dead to rights. So why didn't they charge him?
All I can find so far was the girl, now an adult, is now saying she wasn’t a victim.
There were some reports saying she wasn’t underage at the time he was contacting her but the DOJ was pressuring her to say she was.
A lot of contradictory information then. Interesting.
All I know is that the DOJ would have done anything to charge Gatz, even if it was only for one charge. That they dropped all charges speaks volumes.
