You failed to watch the testimony, but then question the credibility of the witness or presenter?
Ms. Breger’s testimony was explosive, but needs to be checked.
It sure does. If true it would explain a lot. But the county and state could not pull this off on their own without national support from DC and the alphabet agencies of the deep state.

I watched the entire thing. I have an acquaintance coming by and we’re going to watch it again. The first time I watched it, I literally recoiled.
When Breger named names/agencies judges et al, all bets are off. They’ve been working on this investigation for 4 years, which initially was regarding mortgage fraud in Idaho, Illinois etc and through the course of their investigation, it led them right Maricopa County and much more.
And Ducey knew about all of this!
Back when Hugo Chavez got elected I still got the Washington Post (i.e. Pravda on the Potomac.)
