Attorney General Rob Bonta has been sued by parental rights non-profit group Our Watch on Tuesday over a recently passed law that made California a refuge state for transgender children and their families from other states that criminalize youth “gender-affirming care” treatments. The group says that the law is unconstitutional and interferes with parental rights.
Transgender health care, also known as “gender-affirming care,” includes the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of physical and mental health conditions, as well as sex reassignment therapies, for transgender individuals.

I wish people would stop validating this whole madness by going along with the phrase, “gender-affirming care”. That’s nonsense. It’s just child abuse.

How are transgender medical treatments gender affirming?
They aren’t. They chose that phrase to deliberately obfuscate the issue.
True gender affirming care, would involve counseling young girls that they are female and that they will grow up to be a woman. And also counseling boys that they are male and that they are going to grow up to be men. That would be true gender affirming care, because it would affirm the child’s actual biological sex.
