And if he refuses the subpoena, the committee will vote to find him in contempt of Congress, which the House will likely do. But, alas, the D.O.J. will decline to prosecute.

I imagine the same outcome with any democrat subpoenaed by this House. Now a Republican declining to testify before a Senate committee, that’s an entirely different matter
