It’s clearly illegal what is going on and borders on election fraud. But at least one of the victims,all of whom did give some money to act blue,would have to agree to prosecute them. THat might be hard to get. Could happen since some were pissed off act blue used the hell out of them.

Baar did say, with the caveats we all acknowledge, not having seen the indictment, that he had hoped someone would nip this nonsense in the bud - although he was fast losing hope.
I still think it’s possible that the judge will accept a motion to dismiss the whole thing. He can blabber about how President Trump is a degenerate, blah, blah, blah, but this particular case is just barely, so barely, shy of specific criminality that he has no choice.
I literally pray that happens.
Stormy has said many times that she was pressured to sign that letter, even though it is a lie. IOW, take anything coming from her with a grain of salt.
