If Cotham follows through, the move could have major political implications for North Carolina, a swing state where Republicans are currently one seat short of a supermajority in the legislature. […]

Cotham could give Republicans a clear path with a veto-proof majority to push a wide range of legislation, from reforming education to restricting abortion, without necessarily needing to compromise with (Democratic governor Roy) Cooper. …

FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS: ELECTION REFORM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ID required, in person, absentee only for specific circumstances.

I’d even go for a finger stuck in the inkwell.

But most important: MANDATORY MINIMUM 20 YEARS JAIL FOR ANY GOVERNMENT FRAUD
I would go for a one-year amnesty for anyone who exposes fraud, including their own.

It made local news in Charlotte and she is the one being credited for a no-show last week pertaining to the state handgun laws.

Given her long history of supporting and voting for lefty positions, there is no guarantee she will back Pubbie ones.
She may ,in fact, just let them down.

Don’t see how she will be able to win a Republican primary.

What we need, another RINO in office. Will she wise up and vote for the citizens of North Carolina, or will she continue to vote D?

Recount 2016 and 2020 governor races. How does a state vote Republican for President, US Senator, Lt. Governor and then vote for a Democrat Governor? Twice! With voting machines.
