Don Lemon was terminated from his anchor role at CNN, he announced Monday.
The news comes after Variety published a story earlier this month on allegations that he mistreated his female colleagues over the course of his career there. And earlier this year, he faced backlash over widely criticized comments he made on-air.

Don lemon has been hired by Fox News to take over the Tucker Carlson show. The new direction comes out of the dominion lawsuit. In order to settle the other lawsuit they have to hire Don lemon and change the reviews from conservative to extreme liberal.

Look at it like a baseball trade, if they do actually swap networks. If I need a right fielder and you need a first baseman, we trade.
CNN needed a more conservative voice and Fox needed a more liberal one to go to the middle about a year and a half before election. These two hosts are very outspoken and display the hard ball approach to their former network’s political leanings. And both of them are expendable like all the other hosts on each network so they were tanked. Now both networks can spotlight each one on their network to try to garnish viewer enhancement and make more money by getting their sponsors products in front of the new audience tuning in. Never let a good election go to waste.

Carlson is a hired gun. He has a distinct hatred for Trump that CNN would like to utilize.
As for CNN not hiring him, they employed him in the past. He has previously worked for them. In 2000, Carlson co-hosted the show The Spin Room on CNN. In 2001, he was appointed co-host of Crossfire. On January 5, 2005, CNN chief Jonathan Klein told Carlson the network had decided not to renew his contract. CNN announced that it was ending its relationship with Carlson and would soon cancel Crossfire.
And there were other left leaning networks that Carlson worked for. Carlson’s early evening show Tucker (originally titled The Situation With Tucker Carlson) premiered on June 13, 2005, on MSNBC. Rachel Maddow and Jay Severin featured as guests on a rotating panel. He was also employed by PBS in 2003/4.
So more than CNN has employed him, and again, with his hatred for Trump he would be a perfect candidate to get back in front of the camera for another left leaning network stint like CNN, MSNBC, or PBS. Just give it time. The chicken will come back to roost.
