McCarthy: Biden’s Saying People Will Starve if Debt Limit Bill Returns Spending to Levels from Four Months Ago
Breitbart ^ | 04/26/2023 | IAN HANCHETT

Posted on 04/27/2023 6:12:11 AM PDT by ChicagoConservative27

On Wednesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” House Speaker Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) stated that President Joe Biden is acting like people are going to starve and be deprived if the federal government goes to the funding levels that existed four months ago when he complains that the cuts Republican debt ceiling bill will hurt people.

McCarthy said, “Remember what they did with that omnibus at the end of the year last year, they jammed it through and they increased spending…what we simply do is we pull the dollar figure back to 2022, what we were spending just four months ago. And the President goes out there and says we’re going to starve babies, we’re going to cut people off Head Start or something. That’s not true. Just four months ago, we were able to achieve all of that.”

Whenever the state spends money, even if freshly printed or digitally generated ghost money, the money or value thereof has been taken from people who worked for it.
We would nor be starving if we hadn't been robbed in the first place.

Who are these people who are going to “starve” and which country do they live in? Surely not in America where everybody has fast food delivered to their door 24 hours a day? The majority of people living in the U.S. could afford to miss a few meals every day.

TAKE a LONG look at how WELFARE is paying MOMMY for meals for her kids.

Got 4 kids ? In school? They are getting free lunches & often free breakfasts 4 days a week-—That is 20 meals a week-—80 meals a month.

But MOMMY also gets welfare-—counting heads & 3 meals a day——those school meals are NOT being counted..

MOMMY is double dipping and the welfare office NEVER checks into the status of kids in school getting meals there.

We are getting ripped off & kids are getting fatter & fatter.

How come they NEVER tell us how much they are already spending in these areas?

Because we would most probably freak out at that expense, before raising the budget again every year!!

Will people in Ukraine starve?
Will people in Ukraine loose their subsidized retirement funds?
Hell no?
Welcome to The Global Economy.

This type of argument can gain traction.

It destroys the vacuous talking point in a way that is easily understandable by Joe 100 IQ Public.

(My comment)) - these are all avoidable, man-made problems created by the Democratic party with over spending with no concept of a budget during a possible recession.
They own this !

Good point that few have no idea about.

Now Biden gave us 6 more million mouths to feed and house.

“Your local zoo can be a good source of protein. Just sayin’.

It might come to that. I wouldn’t bet against that happening.
