Electors can’t cast both votes for candidates from their state. So the Florida could not vote for Trump as Pres and DeSantis as VP. Not other states votes would be affacted.

The Florida delegates to the electoral college could all cast valid votes for Trump for President any non-Floridian for Vice President. The votes for President and Vice-President are cast on separate ballots. They could not vote for a Floridian for both President and Vice President.
