Donald Trump will be participating in a CNN town hall in New Hampshire on Wednesday, May 10th.
This will be Trump’s first CNN appearance since the 2016 presidential campaign.
CNN reported:
Former President Donald Trump will participate in a CNN presidential town hall next week in New Hampshire, the network announced Monday.
“CNN This Morning” anchor Kaitlan Collins will moderate the event at St. Anselm College, which will air at 8 p.m. ET on May 10 and will feature the former president taking questions from New Hampshire Republicans and undeclared voters who plan to vote in the 2024 GOP presidential primary.
This will be Trump’s first appearance on CNN since the 2016 presidential campaign.
Trump reacted on Truth Social by saying that CNN made him a deal he “couldn’t refuse” and that it “Could be the beginning of a New & Vibrant CNN, with no more Fake News, or it could turn into a disaster for all, including me.”

My BS meter is going on and I smell a set up.
Maybe some of the CNN crowd will think back two years and realize how stable life was under trump and how bizarre it is now.
He handles himself extremely well and thrives on stressful interviews.
I don’t see a real downside.
I just can’t see the up side for trump.....he has everything to lose and cnn has nothing to lose and everything to gain as far as I can see.....this is more than likely gonna be the mother of all ambush journalism interviews.
There's truly a method to Trump's madness. I'd never thought I'd see the day that he would go on CNN.

Just me but I’d welcome CNN putting the news back into their name. They used to have great world news coverage before they went all-in as a fountain of leftist propaganda.

The trouble with CNN is that they have a fixation on J6 which is an instant turn off.
It would be a strange irony if FOX and CNN were to trade places on the political spectrum.
This is just Trump posturing. He is dangling the carrot with potential praise.. but ready to strike if needed.
