Why is that kid wearing cigar tips on his fingers? Looks ridiculous.
Anyway, this is definitely one of those "look at me" people.
I wonder if the better approach would be to just let them dress how they want and not give them any attention at all. When they find they are going to be treated just like anybody else, the novelty will probably wear off quick.
