In a phone interview with radio host Glenn Beck for the Thursday edition of The Glenn Beck Program, DeSantis finally punched back against those claims. A clip from their exchange began circulating Twitter via Citizen Free Press.
“I think he did great for three years, but when he turned the country over to Fauci in March of 2020, that destroyed millions of people’s lives,” DeSantis said. “In Florida, we were one of the few that stood up, cut against the grain, took incoming fire from media, bureaucracy, the left, even a lot of Republicans, had schools open, preserved businesses.”

Because he was in charge of the government bureauracy that is charged by law to control medical services. He was civil service, which shields him from being fired.

Fauci and Birx were tenured federal employees. They are protected from rapid firings. There’s a process that can take years.
What a President can do is bring people and appoint them. President Trump brought Drs. Atlas and Alexander, both outstanding picks. These doctors provided the President with the medical expertise to counter Fauci and Birx’s push to mandate the vaccine.

I meant to say while Fauci wasn’t a true appointee, he wasn’t totally protected from dismissal or even more importantly being sidelined. However Trump also noted “I have a very good relationship with Dr. Fauci, I’ve had for a long time,” Trump said at the White House during a roundtable event honoring police officers. “I find him to be a very nice person. I don’t always agree with him.”
The AIDS hoax wasn’t exactly obscure as you’re implying. Fauci was in the news publicly making exaggerated factually indefensible claims. He basically repeated his AIDS performance with the COVID crisis. I knew many people who couldn’t understand why Fauci was at the front and center of the COVID crisis given his past history. As far as Trump being busy, well weren’t we all busy at our careers 40 years ago? Not a good excuse! I said this in a previous post to you. A 15-minute Internet search would have given plenty of clues as to who & what Fauci was. I can see Trump not directly doing it, but surely his “team” if it actually existed could have done it. Trump’s first question to his staff should have been ‘Who are these people? What do they do? What have they done in the past? Asked about any past public interactions since they would be soon interacting with the public their past performance would be important to know. In short something similar to the due diligence that a real estate developer would ask about his potential subcontractors. Apparently, he didn’t ask, or he asked, and it wasn’t done. (That would indicate another problem!)
If the claims that Trump is a germaphobe are true. The whole issue may have so scared Trump, so he just put aside proper due diligence.
You are welcome to not vote for Trump on account of him not meeting your standards.
As I’ve said before I am voting for him. I would like to see him elected again even though he seems to be doing what he can to prevent that! In my opinion over all he out-Reaganed Reagan but he’s not immune to criticism.

For me, it’s not a personality cult either. I don’t think Trump had many options before him. He could have replaced Fauci, but Fauci is deep state. Deep State would not have been above engineering the crisis to make it look like that 5 million American died because Trump got rid of the one guy who could have dealt with it. Even if Trump found the most qualified viruologist, who wasn’t Deep State, they would have made sure that he was made ineffective.

Yes Trump made a few decisions that effected all of us, I lost a business, got no help from govt and had to leave where I lived and move where other relatives were, was treated like a leper having to quarantine for weeks after unloading U haul I packed in one state drove many states and unloaded it all by myself because no one would be near me for weeks - just incase I brought “IT” with me - when in reality I moved from a non “hot spot” to a “hot spot”,crazy, - had relatives die needlessly due to medical staff not allowing actual treatments that would work all in the hopes of getting their “wonder” shots into people, much more I could go on about.
But I don’t blame Trump. He alone didn’t set this motion nor keep it in motion. He is the scape goat though.
I blame Global elites, Dems, Entertainers, Media, Fauci etc, even local medical staff, school staffs damaging many children in ways that may be life long, emotionally, mentally, academically. Thousands, millions, knew something wasn’t right but they went along to keep their job while millions died and millions and millions more (us) were harmed in the process, not to mention the millions harmed (or killed) by the wonder shots.
Trump has some blame but many millions more people pushed for and carried out acts when they could have done the hard thing and said “no” and lost a job or whatever but had a clean conscience.
All of us, everyone, will answer to God in the end, if not sooner.
