Man on the right is the black Air Force veteran who objected and was ordered to leave. Obviously. very light skinned.
According to the linked article, the N-word user was permitted to stay and later returned to the public speaker’s podium and give “the finger” to the veteran.

The “whatsit” in charge said the reason for that was to enforce the rule about anyone disrupting a public meeting was to be expelled - asked to leave.
