“Celebrating” it is exactly the correct word to use. When I watched the movie “What is a Women?” last night, it almost made me cry in despair at the mental health officials that celebrated and encouraged the mental illness of those they were trusted to help.
Yes, mentally ill people need to be treated as mentally ill people.
