BUT...... “hit and run strikes against the Russians” does keep the revenue flowing into Ukraine and out to it’s appointed destination.
Following how long the spigot of money continues to flow in and out of Ukraine....and the current large land mass already held by Russia is a good indicator who is gaining the most from this war.
