I think you might be right. There is nothing in the Constitution that stops someone in jail from running for office. And it has been done. Socialist Eugene Debs ran for president while in prison back in 1920.
But if Trump is dead, problem solved. Just have to “accidentally” put him in the same cell as an assassin posing as a prisoner.
Trump was not supposed to survive corona..that was their chance of killing him..ya think him getting corona was an accident, I NEVER believed it was an accident..since then they have been trying to find ways to kill this man..if Trump goes down, Biden should go down too, after all he had NO right to have those documents, many of which he sold to different countries to make a profit, no one knows what he had, is anything being done about it, of course not..Biden wont be touched, he never will be
