The Supreme Court has struck down President Joe Biden's $400 billion student loans forgiveness plan in another bombshell decision.
The justices ruled 6-3 against Biden's controversial plan to wipe out debts for around 20 million Americans, which the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals blocked in October.

In the last three days we have turned over decades of off kilter ideas:
1.You should get into college based on merit rather than skin color is going to be the way it will be.IT was that way until liberals screwed it up with affirmative action.
2.If you get a loan to go to college. You have to pay the damn thing off like anything else you buy! I paid mine off you should too!
3.If you are in business and have religious beliefs your right to freedom of religion gives you a right to refuse to serve their request. The state can’t mandate what is proper belief!
REMEMBER all these 6-3 SCOTUS rulings are due to appointments of Donald J Trump to the Presidency!

I know, that Whoopi is not some intellectual giant. But for whatever reason, millions of people get news and information from people such as Whoopi, and the late night “comedians” such as Colbert.

I would have thought Kagan would join the majority. Unlike the other two she os intelligent and understands the Law, but I guess the belief that govt should do “good things” regardless of the Constitution is as the song says too deeply planted in her brain.

All in all not a bad set of decisions for the court this year.
The three are of course the Wise Latina, the Jewish Lesbian, and the Negro Non-Biologist.
I doubt they see it at all. They are the constitution.
On the other hand even if they paid it all off it would just be feeding the beast of run away costs for higher education which have been inflated as an unfortunate side effect of the government "helping" people pay them.
Makes me sick to think that millions of men and women died defending the constitution only to have today's democRATs treat it like it's as worthless as the word of a Biden.
As if any of them will honor a debt in the first place.
