It’s extraordinarily well-documented how much of a disadvantage children from single-mother households have over children whose parents remain together, but less well-documented is how much of a disadvantage they have over single-father households.
For example, studies have found that children that from single-mother households are 5 times more likely to commit suicide than children from both unbroken households and single-father households, 9 times more likely to drop out of high school, 10 times more likely to abuse chemical substances, 14 times more likely to commit rape, 20 times more likely to end up in prison and 32 times more likely to run away from home.
The list does not stop there, single-mother households also account for 70% of all teen pregnancies, 70% of all child murders, and they account for the majority of filicide cases, which means yes, a child living in a single-mother household is the most likely to be murdered by their parent.

They are so bad that the government has to stack divorce courts in favor of women and subsidize women for having more out of wedlock children.
Fathers are more capable of giving direction and establishing limits on behaviour than mothers.
My basic thought is that mental illness rates are significantly higher among women than men. It’s best not to have a crazy parent.

Give custody to the parent with the most money.
Kids are strong and resilient. They’ll adapt and get over a dad’s shortcomings. Not so much a mom’s.
How can this be, the Communist Party tells us just the opposite.

I do not buy her purely speculative reasoning for why single dads produce better results for their children than single mothers. My speculative reason is that men who undertake to raise children by themselves are better individuals, than women who deliberately estrange their children’s fathers.
I knew a couple who had a child, I do not know if they were ever married, but they were not when I met them. The mother was the colored lady from HR Hell. Not a crack-whore, just an unpleasant and demanding colored-lady. The father was a “regular-guy” white hardware store owner. The father was a much better and more caring parent, and fortunately the child lived with the father. He build a pair of adjacent homes for himself and his mother, who was sort of a live-not-in-but-next-door babysitter.
A buddy of mine ended up being a single dad due to a divorce.
He raised an autistic son and a couple of girls.
The kids had their bumps along the road, but they all turned out well especially the autistic son.
Boys tune out women at a certain age. They are surrounded by bossy women at school and at home. Most boys will listen to their dads our of respect or just fear of getting their asses kicked.
Compare the morals of a girl raised by a single dad and a girl raised by a single mom. You definitely want your daughter raised by her dad, although a two parent home is best.
If true, it could be because a father typically has a larger income so the environment might be more stable financially. When kids notice that every day is a struggle to pay bills, etc., it can’t help but have an impact.
One only needs to see the photo of Charlize Theron and her “boys” to understand why.
