Former President Donald Trump is behaving like a "whiner" by obsessively focusing on false claims that he lost the 2020 presidential election due to massive fraud, according to Fox News host Laura Ingraham.
The conservative pundit urged Trump to "stop talking about 2020" if he wants to win the 2024 presidential election during the latest episode of The Ingraham Angle on Friday night, warning the ex-president that he would not win over "a single voter" if he does not change his tactics.
Ingraham also admonished Trump for launching attacks on Republican politicians in battleground states for failing to endorse him or being reluctant to swear their fealty, pointing out the former president's disparaging comments about Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds and Georgia Governor Brian Kemp.
"Keep your eye on the prize: 270 electoral votes," Ingraham said, apparently addressing the former president directly. "Attacking popular Republican senators or governors in battleground states is more than unwise, it's self-destructive. Why do it?"
"Voters in a general election want to vote for a winner, not a whiner," she continued. "So please, for the love of God, stop talking about 2020. That will not bring a single voter out to support you who didn't support you before. You need to grow the pot, not shrink it."

Friday was not the first time that Ingraham has laid into Trump for continuing to focus on his 2020 loss to President Joe Biden. During a broadcast in March, the Fox News host said that "marinating in old claims of election fraud will not win over a single voter in any state that [Trump] needs to win in 2024."

Well, I'm glad to hear that, but why is it you think that his behavior, which really hasn't changed since 2015 is turning voters away? The man hasn't changed one bit. I would think that someone would look at Trump, see the consistency of his messages and actions over the years, and his willingness to fight while being constantly attacked, would be an even bigger attraction to someone looking for a solid Presidential candidate.

I have said several times that I have the same worry.
$17 million from Chine (that we know of), huge amounts of money from Ukraine and many other countries, kickbacks from defense contractors,....and do you think the thousands of people in DC who had to be aware of it are saying “Good for them but not for me?”
Not hardly. There are so many in DC on the take that the total amount of money has to be more than billions.
My point is that when that much money is at stake there will be murders before it ends.

I've been wondering aloud for a year or more whether Trump really wants to win again.
We also have data telling us his donations are going to legal funds rather than his campaign. You could argue one benefits the other but it's shady like him taking 90% of donations raised in 2022 candidate's names in that election cycle. Hershel Walker called him out.
Newsweek is stoking division in the GOP. I watched the show the piece refers to, and Laura was simply giving well-intentioned advice. She also had criticisms for the DeSantis campaign. She would vote for either in the general election. Please chill.
She went to the WH but was stopped from actually meeting with Trump. I’m not sure they ever met.
Laura Ingraham has been closer to Trump than any Fox anchor other than Hannity. But his fans don’t care, they will just keep burning one bridge after another, if anyone dares criticize their idol.
The election may have been stolen, probably was, but that should have been debated and corrected in 2021, when Trump was donated $250 million to fight it, and actually had legal standing in courts. But, he ran off with the money and built his echo chamber website where he can cry about it instead.
He comes off like a whiney liberal at this point. Full of victimhood but short on proof. Nor did he ever do anything to clean up elections, which makes him a guaranteed loser next time too.

The Murdoch family are not American, are big money globalists, RINOs at best, liberals at worst (Lachlan and his liberal wife, as well as Rupert’s son James and his lib wife; James won’t even work on fox because it’s too conservative for him).
Laura and her constant cockiness and snarky smile, along with constantly fixating on her elite college experiences and credentials, irritates the heck out of me.
Second, if Trump were to drop talking about the stolen election and we all know it was stolen, its gigantic implications for further illicit elections would fade into oblivion and the Rats, all of them, will have gotten away with the biggest heist in our Country’s political history.
Do you really think Ron DeSantis would give anything more than a passing comment when in office in order to go after the perpetrators of this massive steal? Would he dig out the total corruption of the FBI, DOJ, SS, and the existing swamp bureaucracy that allowed for two corrupt impeachments of President Trump?
No he wouldn’t rectify or dig into the hatchet job that was done on Trump; he’ll go blithely on with his forward looking plans without rooting out the deep corruption that is the Dark Swamp and the salvaging of Trump’s reputation that was so viciously torn asunder.
