He should be impeached for preventing states from defending their citizens against foreign invasion.

I “THINK” what you meant to say was “RINO’s” want us to be invaded. I don’t know if I agree with that either but I would agree with you that RINO’s, NOT THE GOP, are as much pond scum as democrats and are equally as dangerous to our survival as democrats are.
That said, IGNORANT republican voters keep voting for some of these RINO’s thereby prolonging our country’s agony.
If this is true, then the scum element of the GOP are equally guilty of what the Democrats & Biden are doing & as a consequence, they should also be prosecuted similarly, namely what ever is the maximum penalty for treason. If something like this would result in having not enough people left to run the country, then I guess fresh elections would be in order. However, I don’t think quite all of the GOP would be so “un-civicly minded”.
