Except that once they are filed in the court by the clerk, (who had to receive them from the prosecutor who is claiming that they are an indictment voted on by the GJ), it is assigned a case number and assigned to a judge. None of that can happen by mistake since it requires them to be presented by Willis. The clerk can not make a filing without receiving them from Willis to start with.

Yes you are missing something. The court does not file an official document, (which this was since a case number was assigned and a judge assigned), of “proposed” indictments. The court can not file anything from a GJ that has not been voted on and a bill or non bill has been finalized. What if the GJ voted a non bill? Would the court then have to strike the filing? Just the public filing, (instead of a sealed indictment as is the normal process/procedure), is a violation of the accused due process rights because it infers hiss/her guilt prior to a formal filing of the indictment that has been voted on by the GJ.
