Sadly the moderates are scared silly to vote for anything that harms their Rat friends across the aisle.
It is highly possible that we will lose the House in 2024 and that loss will be caused by the do nothing moderates. It is probably too late to kick out McCarthy, even though it needs to be done, for us to recover enough to win 2024.
Play it safe and don’t stand for anything, Nance. That’ll really fire up the base.

Very, very likely. Democrats are likely to pick up several seats from the effects of more belated redistricting which (in all cases except NC, if redistricting in NC ever happens) will favor Democrats across the board.
Interestingly, one target of Democrat racists is.... the district Nancy Mace represents. Democrat racists decided that South Carolina’s congressional delegation ain’t gots eenuff peeple of cullah and specifically they have targeted CD-1 (Charleston and vicinity — Mace’s area) for repamarations.
The case is now at the Supreme Court level as far as I know, and we already know that the GOP absolutely can NOT count on that “Republican” Court to do the right thing in these cases.
Won’t it be funny when liberal squish Nancy Mace gets ousted by racist liberals — to whom she is closer ideologically than she is to conservatives. Something about “irony being delicious” comes to mind.
However:
If and when Mace’s district is overrun by the ghetto, do not be surprised if she carpetbags to a different district (perhaps CD-7) and tries to oust the GOP incumbent there. She’ll have 100% support from the GOPe, just like she did in 2022 when they helped her massively to fight against a solid conservative (ewww!) in the primary.
CD-7 is represented by freshman Republican Russell Fry who actually prevailed against Trump-hating liberal incumbent Tom Rice in the 2022 primary. Oh how the GOPe must despise Fry, and would love to save Mace and dump him simultaneously.
If ‘moderates’ prevail we will lose America, if we haven’t already.
