Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert called a pregnant woman “a sad and miserable person” after she asked the Republican lawmaker to stop vaping during the “Beetlejuice” performance that she and her date were later kicked out of on Sunday, according to a report.
The firebrand’s foul remark came after she had told the mom-to-be “no” when the fellow Denver theatergoer asked her to put her vaping pen down, the Denver Post reported Thursday.
“These people in front of us were outrageous,” the woman, who requested anonymity, told the newspaper.
“I’ve never seen anyone act like that before.”
The behavior of Boebert, 36, and her date — Democratic Aspen bar owner Quinn Gallagher, 46 — eventually led to their ejection from the Buell Theatre after fellow audience members complained the two were being loud.
Staffers accused the pair of vaping, singing, and recording during the show, the Denver Post previously reported.
The pregnant woman, who is in her 30s, said she didn’t know the woman in front of her was Boebert.
The fed-up woman, who was sitting behind the couple, went to ask an usher if there were any seats available away from the troublemakers.
“The usher said, ‘You’re not the first complaint we had,’” she told the outlet.
When the patron got back to her seats with her husband, Boebert reportedly lashed out, calling the woman “a sad and miserable person,” she recalled.

As she and Gallagher were being booted, Boebert allegedly said, “‘Do you know who I am,’ ‘I am on the board’ (and) ‘I will be contacting the mayor,’” according to an incident report.

Vaping releases at minimum Propoline Glycol(PG) or Vegetable Glycerin(VG) _NOT_ water vapor. (probably harmless but annoying to clean from auto glass)
If it were water vapor we would call it steam and that is not harmless. (unless it was below the dew-point (very cold for people in slinky dresses))
The typical reason to vape unadulterated juice is to make billowing clouds. Not a stealthy theater activity.
There are also low visibility mixtures of juice for stealth.
People vape adulterated PG & VG for 2 main reasons, flavor and/or drugs.
Nicotine was the most common drug early on but nowadays vaping THC in public is the thing.
THC and Nicotine vaping is often odorless that is why it is popular!!!
Nicotine and THC are not a cool thing to waft about among innocent strangers.

There are other videos of her and him inside and outside the theater and at one point outside holding hands.
I am disappointed this news. I heard her speak as a guest at a Trump rally July3rd 2021. Was impressed by her at that time and now she’s self imploding and spiraling. Saw a video of her getting kicked out and she came across as a spoiled brat. Just learned she is getting divorced and has been shacking up with a democrat??? What is wrong with this woman? Was the Pro-Trump and Pro-2nd ammendment stance just a schtick to hoodwink Trump supporters?

It was an unobtrusive vape. I don’t know how anyone could even tell. My daughter VAPES, like a fog machine. Stinks to high heaven too like pumpkin spice and cinnamon.

So, did Boebert know the conplanent was pregnant, and how does that factor in?
She was probably vaguely aware but if you watch the video it’s evident she’s plastered. So to be fair to Lauren the dots might not have connected that vape juice in the face wasn’t on her diet.
There is also video of her and that guy touching more than hands. They were shown sexually groping each other in public. Stupid, low class and in view of children.
I would think Boebert is the most vulnerable of GOP reps in 2024.
