We have NOT expanded a hostile alliance against Russia at all.
You are referring to Kremlin’s narrative that “NATO has expanded.”

You forgot to mention that NATO is a defensive organism.
Unlike Russia, it has never annexed territories by force and violence and declared “this is NATO-land now”!

What happened is this:
Previous small eastern European nations had all been invaded and occupied by Soviet-Russia in the past. They were forced to follow Kremlin laws and rules. They were horribly mistreated by the Kremlin deep-staters, for decades.
So when the infamous wall was finally teared down, and Soviet Russia imploded by itself because of all its abuse of its own citizens as well, those small eastern countries regained their freedoms and independence. However, they knew full well that Russia would one day come back as an aggressor again...
But since Russia had sucked out their entire economies for so long, they had no means to build their own armies to protect themselves anymore. Russia had ruined them financially.
So what did they do? They pleaded for NATO to accept their demand to become members. It’s those free independent nations full right to be part of any organization they seem fit. Right?

So after years of negotiations, they finally became NATO members. And it served them well, because thanks to NATO’s umbrella, Russia was unable to recapture those nations once more when Russia, as expected, did become pro-aggressive again.

So what did Russia do?
Frustrated from not being able to retake half of Europe as Russia once had, they attacked everything else which wasn’t yet part of NATO: Georgia, Moldova, Crimea, Donbas, and finally they attempted to take Kiev and whole of Ukraine!

As you see Russia is NOT a defensive organism. It’s an imperialist, colonialist war-mongering entity that thrives on invading weak sovereign nations.

NATO has stolen NOTHING from Russia.
America has not annexed any Russian territory either.

The TRUE warmongering “NEOCONS” are living in the KREMLIN!
They are the ones warmongering, invading, and annexing all over the place! Right??

When it comes to overall spending, I repeat what I said previously:

However!! America is NOT giving away those weapons to Ukraine. It’s a lend-lease program.

The UK paid back (in 2006) all the lend-lease America had “spent” for UK’s defense against socialist Germany during WWII.

By the way... WWII made America the richest nation in the entire history of planet earth! The lend-lease guaranteed lucrative business for America with the allies it had helped.

Far from demanding that NATO agree to no further expansion, Putin demanded that NATO roll back to status quo ante 1997. Of COURSE we couldn't agree to that. It would have condemned all those countries to a speedy return to domination and eventual subversion by Moscow, exactly as Moscow tried to do to Ukraine. So the war in Ukraine is our fault, by that twisted logic. *sheesh*
