Actually, I think that anything FEMA can/will tell me will be either irrelevant to me OR they’re just too damned late and a dollar short. And, if it’s some warning about GNW (Global Nuclear War) it won’t matter one bit.

My first reaction ... any such communication from the today’s feral givernment will be untrue. It makes me sad to say that.
Concur. Every "warning" I have gotten electronically has been useless. Tornado warning? Oh that was the next county over. Flood alert? No idea of its location and no information from local authorities- I never figure that one out.
